Our practice has grown substantially during the last decade. We now provide primary and specialty care to more patients than ever before, with more than 220 specialized clinical services in close to 30 towns throughout Connecticut.

Yollanda London, MPH Chief Business Development and Planning Officer
Yollanda is responsible for setting the strategic direction for practice growth and development. She oversees the centralization of Yale Medicine’s efforts toward building its physician network, developing strategic alliances and partnerships, and pursuing new practice acquisitions. Yollanda also serves as senior director, strategy and program development. She has a wealth of experience in both operations and strategy, driving complex initiatives, identifying growth opportunities, measuring/tracking plans, and facilitating execution—all in the context of driving success in today’s rapidly changing health care environment.
