Oluwatosin Adeyemo, MD, MPH, FACOG, is an Assistant Professor of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Reproductive Sciences and Affiliated Faculty at the Yale Institute for Global Health. She specializes in Obstetrics, Gynecology & Reproductive Sciences and Obstetric Specialties & Midwifery. Dr. Adeyemo treats adolescents and adults, focusing on pregnancy care, including Cesarean Section (C-Section) and Vaginal Birth After C-Section (VBAC). She is dedicated to ensuring the safety and well-being of both mother and baby throughout the pregnancy.

Dr. Adeyemo's research interests are diverse, encompassing topics such as minimally invasive surgery for women in Africa, sexual assault, left-sided breast cancer reduction, and improving collaboration between midwives and obstetricians. She has also studied dengue fever in relation to early pregnancy loss and leading healthcare workers during crises like the COVID-19 pandemic. Her work aims to address challenges faced by frontline healthcare workers, enhance teamwork between midwives and obstetricians, and develop a tool for predicting the success of VBAC.
