Neurology
Our goal is to provide the highest level of patient care using the latest clinical programs, while also paving the way in neuroscience research. Yale's Neurology Department has a rich history of leading the way in our field. We were among the first to establish an Epilepsy Monitoring Unit and we partnered with the West Haven Veterans Administration to create one of the first Stroke Centers. Moreover, it was our very own scientists who made the groundbreaking discovery of the genes that cause Multiple Sclerosis. This blend of care, education, and innovation is what drives us to continuously advance in the realm of neurology.
