SpHincterotomy for Acute Recurrent Pancreatitis Trial (SHARP Trial)

This study is a single blind sham procedure, either the subject will be getting an ERCP and EUS or just an EUS with a stent dropped. The aim is to study the effects of the ERCP procedure on patients 18 and over who have pancreatic divisum with multiple bouts of acute pancreatitis.

Inclusion:
- Pancreatic divisum with multiple bouts of acute pancreatitis
Exclusion:
- Chronic Pancreatitis - patients who have undergone ERCP procedure
- Asymptomatic pancreatic divisum
