Patient response to COVID19 outbreak

If you are 18 years of age or older, have an autoimmune neurologic disease (like multiple sclerosis), live with someone who has an autoimmune neurologic disease, or are a healthy individual, you may be eligible to participate in a research study. Dr. Erin Longbrake, one of the physicians at the Yale Multiple Sclerosis Center, is working with other researchers across the country to understand how the COVID19 outbreak has impacted individuals with neurologic diseases. Participation involves completing a series of surveys.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Adult (age 18 or older)
  • Diagnosis of MS, neuromyelitis optica, anti-MOG disease, autoimmune encephalitis, neurosarcoidosis
  • OR lack of neurologic diagnosis (as above) and is a healthy household member of an individual with a qualifying diagnosis
  • OR healthy volunteer control.
