In this study, we are looking at how the medications Varenicline and Guanfacine can be used to treat smoking. Participants will receive either Varenicline or Varenicline plus Guanfacine.

Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility criteria
- Age 18+
- Able to read and write English
- SMOKER: 10 or more cigarettes per day for at least the past year
- Able to take oral medications and willing to adhere to medication regimen
- Motivated to quit smoking
