Follicular Thyroid Cancer

Definition

Focal nodular hyperplasia (FNH) is a benign liver lesion characterized by the presence of a mass composed of normal liver cells and tissues, which are organized in an abnormal pattern. It is often asymptomatic and discovered incidentally during imaging studies for unrelated conditions. FNH is typically not associated with any underlying liver disease and does not require treatment unless it causes symptoms or complications.
